My name is Karim A. S. Abukwaik, and I am an aspiring doctor whose medical education began in Gaza.

Why Medicine?
Medicine fascinates me because it combines scientific discovery with human connection.
My medical education has strengthened my interest in evidence-based medicine, patient care, and cardiovascular medicine. Despite interruptions to my education, I continued learning independently, reading medical literature and cardiology research whenever resources were available.
I want to become a physician who combines clinical excellence with compassion, integrity, research, and lifelong learning.

The Journey Is Not Over
The interruption of my education has not ended my journey. It has strengthened my purpose.
I am seeking the opportunity to continue my medical education, build upon the foundation I have already established, and become a physician dedicated to patients, healthcare, and service.
